Eligibility

  • Refunds are considered within 7 days of initial purchase for technical issues we cannot resolve.
  • Usage that violates our Acceptable Use Policy is not eligible for refunds.
  • Renewals, upgrades, and add-ons are non-refundable unless required by law.

Process

  • Open a ticket with details of the issue and steps to reproduce.
  • Our team will verify and attempt remediation within 24 to 48 hours.
  • If unresolved, a pro-rated or full refund may be issued to the original payment method.
